Now the discussion has started about having a metalwork,welding and bodywork class. A few sessions at different members shops.lots of interest. This may build into an annual class. Could be fun.

So Glad I am out. So many mandatory BS training. 99% was on the computer and it was death by powerpoint!
 
Good morning everyone. Hersey would be super fun. Some day I would like to go. Right now I am trying to find a way to go to MCACN just for the day.
 
When I made E-7 they had these top three meetings. Usually, a meeting to get info usually on moral to schedule another meeting. Then the next meeting was ok Morale sucks come up with ideas how to change it and the next meeting will be.......
 
Basically what it is....is....this fat ***** who has been NASTY to every one filed Hostile work environment on several of us just as she went on maternity leave. SO today is her first day back after 6 weeks and my stupid boss called for a training to bring us all together in one room with her. Most in the room want to hurt her bad

I can not even count the number of hostile work environment meetings I had to chair. The worst was the Victorville Complex due to the amount of staff.
 
I hated doing them also. Usually something on safety when one of the new airman did something unsafe. Holy Crap ladder safety was a top one. Seriously the Safety guy would walk around all day and tell you what, any time anyone used a ladder they were unsafe. Every sticker on it had to be observed, then the USAF had a freaking three page must read and observe, then the OSHA regs also. I hated ladders!

Morning movers and shakers...oh and shoppers.
Nothing to report after four days of landscaping I'm taking a couple days off and doing something fun.
