My 66 Dart finally got some sunlight out of its one car garage....Time to start on her...I got most of the parts...some are on my other Darts.
A 66 170. Don't see those very often and in such good shape. That's a cool car!
I saw a photo of a 66 270 sedan a few pages earlier. Also a cool car. Love those post cars!
Thanks,It a 270 all the side trims in the trunk and it sporting a 20 footer paint job by previous owner UT it is straight and very little rust.
A few years back I posted a photo of a pro street 66 post car I took at the Nats. Scott, (pettybludart) saw the photo and thought he needed one, found one and turned it into a race car. Watch out, they can be habit forming! LOL

I do have a soft spot for early A bodies. The very first car I ever drove was my Mom's '63 Dart. It was white with a red interior.
It was supposed to be given to me as my first car, but my Dad decided it was too light in the rear (since my older Sisters couldn't drive it properly and kept losing control of it and smashing it up) and he wouldn't let me have it. They were incompetent drivers and I paid the price for their stupidity.
Typical of my Dad, he would let his wife and my sisters drive it but wouldn't let me. He only found his balls when it came to me and always made up for not using them with them by beating me down.
Too bad because it was a nice car with a slant and push button tranny shifter. It looked a lot like this...

I got a 63 Dart GT in my driveway. ..It is white and I take picture tomorrow after work....it another project....
Me too got to do my shops paperwork and deposit early am....got to get to bank before noon.
I do my "morning deposit", then shower and shave.... (the triple "S'es"....)
I make my deposit at the bank......bws ha ha ha
So you do your deposit first without paperwork and jump straight in the shower and then shave....

Napa has the pigtail to upgrade the VR to the 70+ style.
Jegs has the ballast resistor and the MP wiring harness
I have the electronic distributor and good used brain box and VR. ....all with original Chrysler stampings too
oh and almost forgot ...partsmix has the original style bolts with the little anchor symbol on the head.
