Free gas and a work truck for a roadtrip is a good way to start

Perks make a job sweet.....my last boss made it so that I could use his car whenever and I used his massive office when he wasn't there and he let us go early on friday.....all in exchange for not telling his wife about his gf. His wife came in often but as long as I didn't see nothing then everything worked out great

I had a double barrel stove in my old garage and it was an excellent furnace. No worries.
