How to bedazzle an A body with a welder and a hammer!

Good morning! Heading up to MoKan today for the show. Hope everyone has a good day.

I wonder if it would be worth welding a skid plate under the K-frame like that of a HEMI B-body.

I am pretty much building a duster tank here:

torque boxes

subframe connectors

torsion bar mount gussets

and maybe a K-frame skid plate (for looks only, I don't plan on bottoming the car out)

Showing off your E Bodies? I wish I had kept my blue 73 but we can't keep em' all. I had these in the late 70's. I found it a few years ago but it was too far gone for me.

wow, that is the same car I have here .....mine had the scoops on the side but I took them off and sold them because I didn't like the look. The original hood had a hole cut in it for a scoop so I put a flat hood on it.

I painted it long time ago but never reassembled stuff like the grille and details

I think the Hop Maidens are calling me. Have a bedazzled type of day all!

Wow I didn't notice until now (45 years later) that the body shop put the strobe stripes on wrong. Nope. I'm just seeing things! lol

Good morning Ray,
You should have that wrapped up by next coffee break....LOL
When's harvest time?

Mid to end of August usually. Once everything is set up just easy maintenance. I will never let it get overgrown like last year in the Fall! Daughter and boyfriend said they will come over and throw the strings for me. It really messes me up doing that I feel like I am going to fall backward. The side by the pond is mulched and the drip system repaired or replaced. Now the road side but it is not as bad.

Keith, Any chance you have the timing specs on a 74 225? My book says to look at the sticker which is long gone. I really love the Haynes manuals, they are so full of useless info and no good info.

I want to get mine in the ground soon, but not sure where I want them yet. How big will they get first year and can I move them in the fall?

They can go 16' or so. Do all movement in the spring time so all the nutrients are stored for hibernation in the winter. Just keep them in the fridge till you find a space.
I found a great link I will post that will tell you anything you want to know along with a million opinions!

That show is actually today. Gonna head down there after I get home from Church. I take my camera and get some pics.

I have to run up to the farm we got the hay from and take a picture of that panel truck up there. It is such cool "lawn art" Might not be there next time it rains it is so rotted out.

Hillary has some steel ones running after all the crap she is involved with but we cannot prove. Should be running it from Jail!
