Stop in for a cup of coffee

I don't know but I almost bought 2 bumpers from him but he couldn't make it. I had a buddy going down to lynchburg. I am feeling a little fortunate.

That will not be cheap, I am pretty sure yesterday was a no burn day also! LMAO

Didn't think of that at first - it was a bit gusty here. I was welding something for a friend. Was right inside the garage with the door open and the wind was not helping...I wouldn't even light off a burn barrel on a day like that. Township outlawed those a few years ago.

Memike....with the stature you have on this site and now becoming a moderator you deserve almost 5 chances! No we will give you 9 like the cats nine lives!
Thank you :color:, I look at it this way, If I don't make any mistakes I am not doing anything :D

We can still burn up here all I ever burn is personal papers and maybe some branches. The guy across from me burns everything! Sucks sometimes when he does a lot of plastic.

Well we live on top of a high ridge and there is seldom a day when there isn't a breeze. I have a pile of brush to burn but can't seem to coordinate a rainy day with low wind.

We used to burn leaves until a mom and Doctor dad complained at a City Council meeting about their son with asthma not being able to play outside in the fall so we no longer burn. You can have a "recreational" fire but you better be setting by it with a beer in your hand. LOL

Hops you have my attention with the old panel truck. I hope to see some pictures.

I will try to get over there tis week. Just busy with the field this weekend.

Went over to York Techs show yesterday.. Not bad. Of course being a school of young guns there were way to many 'fart cans' for me. Nothing like building a car around a sound system.
Once past that, they actually had a lot of nice old cars including several mopars. Sorry I didn't get pics.. Couple GTs, a ' supercuda' , 1970 Cuda, ...no Dusters. They also had anything from lawn tractors to big rigs. A line of jeeps, oversize pickups - liked the one with 'Prius repellent' written on back window pointing to the exhaust stacks.LOL. Even had several engines (mostly big diesels) on stands that they were running...

I'm still here... I didn't realize that I didn't check in yesterday... Slept in late, and it was my brother's b-day, but he's in Florida, so we couldn't take him out for a lunch or dinner... We'll have to catch up with him today when he comes back.

He was down there doing some **** with cars, and sent me a pic of a black 57 Chevy with original paint! It needs to be redone, but it's rare to find a car that old with original paint...

I picked up around the yard yesterday, and built a fire in my new fire pit. Then woke up this morning and stoked it back up again. I still have a little of the wood left over from when I had to cut up all of the trees last year....

I know two of my neighbors like the smell of the wood fire. I do too. I think it bothers the asswipe next door, but I don't give a **** what he thinks, I'll do what I want...

that asswipe had the balls to suggest to Bob across the street to "clean up some of the brush" in his empty lot next to his house. That lot is a fully wooded empty lot next to his house (double lot) that's been grown over like the forest preserve for DECADES!!! Bob moved in in 1963 and it's been like that even before that. I told Bob to tell him that I like it that way (just because he doesn't) and keep it like it's been for years. Bob agrees....

This guy thinks he can tell everyone how to take care of their property when he propped up his fence all the way around his yard with wood and tied it up with rope and zip ties, instead of replace the rotting wooden poles. He's too cheap to fix it right, but wants everyone to fix up their yards so he can get way more money for his house than it's worth. He's been trying to sell it for two years now.... Dumbass...

Good morning, coffee is good and bacon is in the toaster oven.

My sister is stopping by overnight on her way to help out our ailing Dad in Georgia. So today I'll be tidying up around here and getting some snacks ready. I found a whole DVD of Betty Boop cartoons for us to watch. We always used to watch cartoons together when we were little.

I miss having a fireplace to burn any papers you want gone.
