to be honest, i was too.
I was on a base with them and the Brits, the Brits were really out going the French were just a arrogant bunch. If you did not speak their language you were shunned by them. I had a few years of it in HS and was just able to get buy so I became the interpreter with them and our ship. Wonder how much I miss interpreted! LOL
