Morning guys and gal. Feeling better this morning thing I've turned the corner with this nasty head cold. Cheryl in her closet pharmacy had some great over the counter stuff that has worked for me Tylenol Sinus and Headache my miracle drug.
 
Hey anyone here collect baseball cards. It's one of my unknown hobbies that I dabble in from time to time. I have a good friend who 30 years ago went every weekend to card shows with his dad and traded and sold cards. He has cards old cards in graded conditions by the crate including complete sets he wants to sell off and I'd get the family discount. He needs the cash for a couple trips he wants to take. I'm looking at a 1954 Topps set. It's missing three cards, but they are no bodies who aren't worth much. If I look, I can probably find them.
 
This is kind of funny. I was taking to the guy with the old gas station full of parts. Going there today with Matt, Guy is actually a Mopar guy. He asked me to bring a distributor for him! Have to love it, Oh yeah Matt is bringing a trailer!!!!

Was notified of a small party here today at 3:00 p.m.. of course, nothing ever starts on time here in Vietnam. They started to show up around 4:00 p.m. and now the party is expanding. Who knows where it goes. As long as I can get to sleep by 10:00 p.m. I will be a happy camper

I got no idea how you do it Mitch, I think I would tire very quickly of all the social surprises! By the same token Jodi says I could easily live in a cave. She drags me to town about once a month or so to maintain what little social skills I have. I fear I am growing more and more feral with each passing year.

One of my EEs used to collect them. I used to snicker to myself every time he talked about going to card shows. Then he bought a house with his card profits, never snickered again!

Maybe, and try to do all that in a foreign language at the same time. It's pretty funny sometimes. I'm only about 80% proficient in the Vietnamese language. So I still don't understand everything they are saying, but they have stopped talking about me while I am in the room at least..LOL.KKKKK

Good morning everyone. Warm today. They say 68 as a high, then rain/snow. Drop to 17 and high tomorrow of 27 and windy. Grrrr. 51 degree temp swing in a day will be rough.
 
Right now they are on about a four or five BPH rate. I am hoping that some of them fall out soon. Kkkkkkkk

He's shown me his storage bins full of cards he must have a few thousand mostly all graded cards. He got older and like most moved away from home. His dad continued to collect and sell and when he passed, he gave the collection to my buddy. The values of baseball cards have increased over 50% in the past three years. He sold a few singles last month 1960's cards and made 6K for just posting them.
