Stop in for a cup of coffee

Morning, very windy here but 65deg. Sucks to be out in it and for some reason it sucks the heat out of my garage. Need to make a grain run for the horses anyway.

The Valiant bit me yesterday.:rofl:

Been plugging away at this single panel. Now i need to build the next one, curved and twisted and needs to be removeable. And has to seal. Thats the sucky part. Theres a thousand ways to do it but only one is right.

Home from work early and we got 2 inches of wet snow last night but melting fast with a record breaker weather day of 48*F so far.
Flock of geese flew over my house and they are back way early.

Snow here too. Couple hours of plowing. Will be below freezing for a while yet.
Geese? Hope theres some open water for them.

Got the panel ready to weld in, but have other things to deal with. Defrost duct needs to be cobbled yet.

My Doctor finally called, 2 hours late. Mri confirms bulged disc between L4,L5.

I think Frank confirmed that a long time ago....

I was kinda busy so I didn't take more photos. It all looks the same, you drain and sparge (rinse) the grain bag, add the liquid malt, add it to the fermenter, stir it up, and pitch the yeast. I'll post some photos when the ferment starts working. That's the magical part.

Would like to learn more so please keep us posted.

I love the early mornings here in Vietnam. The temp is about 77°, little traffic on the roads. I really do enjoy riding the motorbike around the city, even if there is traffic. But this is the best time of the day....
