There's a guy on B bodies that has been selling hydraulic lifters New "Old" stock. Makes me wonder though because hiss supply never seems to run out. Looks like he's out of them now. SOLD - Vintage Nos Johnson Hydraulic lifters. USA Made.
That's cheap and well worth the money.
Perfect. Those are worth a shot for the price. Adjust the chains on the side for the width you need. They are also handy to use under a 4x8 sheet of plywood for a temporary work table.
I still have a set out of my 72 340 that are good but been in a box on a shelve for about 5 years.

NOS flat lifters only. IMO. Rock auto is a good source..

We broke 80° today. The prevailing sea breeze is coming in now to cool things off Made a Harbor Freight run got some goodies for a project. Stopped at a salvage yard I haven't visited in 20 yrs. Not just a salvage yard any more, it's a JUNK yard!! So junky I couldn't even find the office
