I dragged my feet getting one, but after a couple days wish I'd done it sooner. Between that and 400mg magnesium before bed I sleep great and no complaints from Cheryl. Of course, after I got mine, I noticed she had sleep issues, so she got tested and yep, she now has a CPAP also.
My wife has just started to snore herself, hasn’t had the pauses in breathing typical of OSA though so I haven’t told her yet

It would require me to go into a doctor's office... I gave that up for Lent.
Good Morning Mopar Med Men...
I hate going to the doctor as well. They make you wait three or four weeks for an appointment. Usually by the time of the appointment, you dont need them anymore. If you do, and you go, they make you wait, usually 30-45 mins, when you are on time. Put you in a room with a nurse to take your vitals, and then wait another 20-30 mins for the Doctor, who spends approximately 5 minutes with you, and sends you on your way. Then, they'll usually send you an astronomical bill for services beyond medical insurance coverage. Ohhh and dont forget or be late for your appointment. They will (try) to bill you for that. I have often thought about sending the Doctors Office a bill for MY time that they have wasted......

I figure the next time I'll see a doctor, it'll be on a gurney of some sort and I may or may not recall the encounter

My Dad had that operation I think, worst part for him was he had claustrophobia and the cotton packing they shoved up his nose/sinus' set it off, bothered him
There was that....I didn't realize you can stick a pencil so far up your nostril

My friend, John Chambers is going to be sworn in as Chief of Police for the Chattanooga, Tennessee Police Department. He's a fine fella and this is well deserved.
