I took a single shot with my 6.5 Grendel at 364 yards per the range finder. Little 4 pointer, somehow missed. More embarrassingly, that’s two years in a row, both times with my son with me.

Since my first deer hunt at age 9, I’ve missed just 3 times. Just concerning the last two cause they were arguably the easiest broad side shots. Typically I have bad angles to the target. Just don’t get it.

The last deer(s) I got was a few years back, I hit a 6 point buck at 75 yards with my shotgun, went thru the buck after breaking his neck and into the lungs of the doe on the other side. Two deer, one shot. Bet I never get another now haha
 
Wild pigs was considered varmints in Ca at one time. No season, if ya want one, just go get it. They may have changed that, been a while since I hunted.
 
I have owned this property for 36 years I had a running streak of 25 years straight. Then they built a house just past the property line so I moved my stand over but that neighbor who owns 2 acres of woods sits on my line and kills 3 or 4 a year. He was turned into the Game Commission but they did nothing. Then the other night sitting in the middle of my 20 acres I had one coming my direction and then someone shot it with a muzzle loader. 20 acres is not big enough anymore

Man that is a fact, I admin or moderate a gun bunny site and I gotta tell ya it is nowhere near the level and magnitude this site generates. And it is more than enough to make me want to resign on a regular basis! Raisin Pie to @toolmanmike for keeping the cats herded and going the right way. I figure if he is not pissing off somebody every single day he ain’t doing his job! Hah!

Man Tike that would irk me. Likely nothing you can do but at some point you would think general good ethics and good neighbor protocol would prevail?

The neighbor is a real ***. So many stories. I am going to go around and mark my property lines Thanksgiving. Won't help but I may try to do something to get it stopped. I was sitting in my yard around my campfire when the police showed up then the SWAT team and removed him from his house. He still gets to keep his guns.

Remember, they LOVE if you ask if they are the head nurse.....

Also... don't call them waitresses.. i did that once by accident when i was staying in a hospital... they REALLY hate that :)

Thanks looking for the mopar looking ones. Jumping them for HEI mods. Found a case of tractor ones cheap but they have the porcelin on the back to much a PIA to get it out.
