I saw on the news that windchill was in the single digits.

I live on top of a ridge. One of the highest points in the county. And believe me the wind is blowing...it is a howling!
Put a lower pressure rad cap on it.
Something very few test.

While I was still working, I kept an empty WD-40 can on the front porch. That rolled seam at bottom of can works great for scraping ice off the Hemi Express windshield Beat the heck out of burnin' CA priced gas to warm the defroster for 15 min.

It’s got a 7 psi on it now. Not sure how much lower they make one

Have it tested. Is it mounted with rubber washers on the bolts?

I had this bright idea. rather than drag the garden hose to the driveway to wash off the windshield ice I take a disposable cup of tap water from the kitchen. Can't be hot, run risk of cracking windshield, cold side of faucet it is. Result: windshield ice twice as thick

I had to wear a hoodie today, the grass is still green tho. Weather guessers have us dipping under freezing tonight but back up to high forties again tomorrow. Perfect Winter weather.
