Morning warriors not much here cooler today, heading out to the gym soon, and Cheryl's going to her mom's place for a couple days. Guess I'll have to find something to do. Have a great day.

Wasn't alot of traffic that day, dry roads, cold but clear sky, no snow/ice/salt in roads anywhere I was that day
Judging by the time on the ticket it was shortly before I got off that road, as I was at the guys house where I went to buy parts just after 11, ticket was 10:38. I had left my house at 06:45 so I had been in the road at that point just under 4 hours at that point. I made 1 stop for about 15 min at Iowa 80 truck stop for a hot chocolate and pee break since I left the house before I got to the guys house.
After I left there I went like an hour further west to a second parts stop. Total I was on the road about 12-1/2 hours. I had stop #3 after dark, back here in Illinois.

Call the county prosecutor, ask politely for the charge to be changed to a warning. Explain that you was wrong in a calm, polite manner. Be respectful and odds are, the prosecution will drop the ticket all together. I’ve done this in a couple occasions and all were successful with the only penalty being 10 to 15 minutes of my time.
 
Just kind of cool you get a certificate and supposedly a piece of the ship when it is de commissioned supposedly. Don't know of anyone that got one.
 
Thanks to all of you for hanging out the last 10 years here. We have assembled a great group of people and have forged some lifelong friendships.
 
I think the first real get together was here on lift day I Man that was a freaking blast. Wife thought I was nuts inviting strangers to stay here, Then she met @Ben Drinkin , Never the same since.......

Lost all those pics in a computer. Yes fun times a few fishing trips and always my highlight Carlisle. We should get back to the yearly parties!

I wish I could have been there but the stories and photos that came out of that group are epic. Lifelong memories!
