Yea 8 to 10 inches of snow here in southern Maryland got plenty of food and snacks
You know, my house in America is also in Southern Maryland, south of Annapolis. But the good news is I won't be shoveling any snow or blowing any snow. My sons will take care of that. Lol

I've had the earth smite me many many times. My back went out riding a commuter bus
I moved some firewood Saturday after Thanksgiving. Some ‘discomfort’ Sunday, pain really kicked in Monday Morning. They gave me FMLA, but won’t put me out on disability. Only missed a few days of pay so far. Really sucks, cause it kicks in bad just walking. Therapy might help posture a bit, but not doing much for pain. I was supposed to keep doing that and have appt with neuro Jan 17th. Everything is scheduled at least 2 weeks, 2 weeks 2weeks… F that. Sat in Emergency 4 hours last Friday. Finally got in and had MRI done before I left. Already saw Neuro, getting CT on Wednesday in case the shot is a fail…

Standard 6 weeks between each escalation... It's on the flip chart. What you say matters not

For me the chiro visit is only 20 min. Many times I have hobbled in barely walking and not able to stand up straight. Walk out, pay my $8 co pay and away I go.

Bulged/herniated/slipped disc is what i have heard so far,L4,L5. Right foot is feeling like i have a sock rolled up under my toes.even barefoot. Last chiro was a total waste, thinking i should see my old chiropractor.
I had a fantastic one, but I moved too far away. Old school guy, focused on T-spine impingement and it really helped with hip and leg pain.

You should. Mine now has done wonders and she doesn't do anything special. After I got injured, I had Sciatica in my right leg for a couple years. My other chiro's would try to adjust my lower back with me laying on my side with my knee in my chest. This gal uses the drop pad feature of her table and adjusts just by pushing down on each side and let the table break away. It works very well.
