With SWAT we did some Army co-training off a stationary helicopter skip skid. Did several Australian repels off seven -ten story buildings and thought that was cool. No hanging stuff but we didn't have that opportunities thinking though it would of been fun.

What a spectacular OT! I can breathe again! Holy crap. Goal tending was excellent both ends of the ice. Slow start but we got it done. Back to back gold! Woo Hoo! What a ride

For most of y’all who did not watch the Gold medal game tonight in World Juniors (under 20) it went into OT. By then the players were spent. OT in that arena is 3on3 hockey. It is exhausting to watch much less play. Both teams played till they puked. Easily could have went either way. Amazing display of athleticism. Just an amazing game.
Oh by the way Leafs beat Philly .
