Preparation is truly 99 percent, wrinkle paint time and effort is a big 1 percent because I bake it in so

Our Boy swung by today and replaced some shingles and flashing that fell victim to this last storm. His wife made me some get well brownies! Just filled me with pride watching him as he slung the ladder up, gathered the shingles and flashing and sorted it out. I never had to utter a word of direction. He fixed the roof scampered down and drank my beer. He went home with a couple of Belgium Brownings. Proud day. He is a fine Son.
Hopefully drivable in the next to weeks.
Sounds like a good kid. Makes you proud that they know how to take care of themselves and come back to give you a hand also.
Having kids that are all grown up makes us dads proud of them.
Agree it's those moments in life that made all the sacrifices worthwhile.

Is officially engaged to a nice young man who played baseball for Duke and is now on a farm system team.

Yes it is far and few between on visits with my older kids but it is always a great time when we do visit.

It was nice when my sons charger was here, I did the ignition, carb and fluid check and did it properly, he was all smiles when it started up the first time, a member here @MeMikieJr
