Prep is everything
Fallow there instructions to the T.(letter)
Cross hatching spray is a must.
After first coat , I wait 7 minutes then hit it good with out runs.
I like 4 coats myself, then Be Very Carful not to get the surface to hot, when you see smoke back up your heat gun, keep the heat going but remember that if you have a small part to never keep the heat on it so to not over cook it, I think 230 is where you want to keep it till you see the wrinkles show up.
Been preparing these, I will be painting today if nothing gets in my way

That snack bar in the background there is the reason my buddy and I tried In N Out Burgers long before they started their expansion and popularity. We had no idea until years later that the same guy ran both, Harry Snyder. First time we try burgers at the track, "
are these? Black Top Burgers?" 
Our next trip to the track we skipped the burgers until after the racing was done and went exploring the neighboring community. Couple blocks away we find this cute little place, little being a key word, with a drive thru and some outdoor dining.

The sun is trying to shine here but by the looks of the sky none of that will happen. It looks like mid 50's here. Just doing some laundry this afternoon. Too windy at times to rake out the flower beds. I have come flowers popping up so it will need to be done soon.Experts guess 70+ today
Lots of sunshine here and 49, but with the wind feels like 44 says…….

Hmmm. Friday night Sprint Car show at the Bakersfield Speedway relocation place, formerly Kern County Raceway Park. Winged Sprints new to me High Limit Racing, Kubota Tractors got their fingers in it. Kyle Larson won their show at Tulare the other night.
Ok, I just shot this one, one at a time is best for me, i forgot to get a shot of it in engine primer, just one good coat, let it cure, hit it with a heat gun short heat up, then let it cool all the way down, first coat horizontal, second coat vertical, third coat at anywhere nere 45 degrees, then a 4th lighter coat, let it set for 10 minutes then put the heat to it ( no shop oven ) as you slowly heat it up to anything near 200 it will start to wrinkle up, keep the heat going but pull the heat gun even farther back to maintain some heat.

I noticed our wild dwarf cherry tree has white blooms all over it, it was here when I bought this slice of gods country
Bakersfield is where Glenn Francis lived and raced, they built and owns the one 6 miles north of me, Glenn was a good man, treated everyone nice, now his son has it and if you are not a big racer Like Kenny Wallace he is smug.. nothing like his dad (may he RIP)
My mirror should be here tomorrow. Good thing to, I closed the door yesterday and the glass fell out.
