Just finished doing a few more details on the GTS. Got the correct '69 A/C tag for the compressor, did a clean up/repaint on the hood release mechanism and got the new top decal for the battery installed...

I'm needing new springs for my Duster so just doing some reading on what guys are using and how they like what the have. General consensus on the 002/003 ss springs is that they're a bit stiff for the street and I can't find and info on the 2800lb ones.

I vaguely remember reading about them some time ago - the 2800 units are essentially for race applications aren't they? heck, my car weighs just a hair over 3k.. I would expect the lighter rate springs to squish out during regular street use

what suspension are you running in yours?

Are those the 6 leaf ones? I think those were the same as the factory Heavy Duty springs that came on the 340 cars.
