Yep. I've got 7 of those so far, they are just turning red. It's the romas that are producing like crazy.

I went and bought a saucer so I'm gonna try making spaghetti sauce and pizza sauce

What kind of 'saucer'. We have some cone shaped strainer thing. I think it has a wooden smoosher. Been a few years since I used it...blast them in the food processer then get some water out (IIRC). Speeds things up some, but still cooked it down for a while.

Got one of them. Works ok, time consuming. I've also got a food mill, essentially the same thing but instead of a wooden smasher, it has a crank and handle vertically with a love to smash them, works so so. I just bought a giant saucer, looks kind of like a sausage grinder
