Stop in for a cup of coffee

I've been on this thread from the beginning and don't think I missed much. Scary chit, huh? Anyway it's all TMMs fault he started the whole loopy thing.
maybe a little scary - but honestly, I'm a "now" immediate satisfaction type.. even before the new software you could tell when new posts came up and I couldn't stand not knowing what was going on... LOL

Doesn't include return flight. You're stuck there. Indentured servitude. .
LOL
Close to that. So mike and I decided to go to the next level. Still about a grand better then anything else his sister the travel agent could find. Twenty of us are going.

Slowed to a steady rain here also. How you feeling better I hope.
I'm doing OK. Still getting used to being fully hydrated. Never realized how long I was living is a semi-dehydrated condition.

Odd stuff now like my pulse rate has dropped by almost 10 points. My rested pulse rate used to be 75-80 for as long as I can remember. Now it's 65-75.

That's a good thing. Did you see my post about the South Philly car show Sunday.

I did, but I don't think I'm up for it. Still getting my wheels under me and another car show is a bit too much too soon...especially one in town like that.

damn Mr. - do you have regular check ups? Dr. ever tell you that you have high BP?

Just figured I would pass it on to you.

Yes, I see my Doc every 3 months for a "well" visit. My blood pressure is well controlled and has been for 12 years. I'm in very good health in general, low cholesterol (155) good BP (140/78) and good blood sugar (a1c 5.8).

This is one that just came out of nowhere. I had no idea that I was running in a semi-dehydrated state and nothing indicated it. But, as I have learned, no one ever knows they are until something pushes them over the edge...like what happened to me.
