This time with the Habaneros, it was maybe an hour after touching them and I rubbed near my eye and felt it start to burn. just washed the area and rinsed my eye with saline, was cleared pretty quick. I think if I actually touched my eye with them it would have been a trip to the ER.

Back to work today...early. We all meet with the ratings lady and our bosses to review and talk about how to get "5 stars." Manager warned us to participate but don't say (anything that will make him look bad.) Then that lady will come in for dinner with the manager of the whole hotel, and critique every minute detail. Sound like fun? Well you can't take it too seriously...

There are bound to be some gems to tell you about...
