Evening. I hate it when they do that. I don't watch NHRA or nascar anymore because of that. They both lost me as a fan.
 
Good evening folks!

Nice day here today and amongst doing stuff around the house, I was finally able to produce a replica image of an old sign that was in my grandfather's service station back in 1972 after Jenney was bought out by Citgo and his shop was converted to their signage.

All I had to go by was an tiny image in an old faded photo and what little I could find researching on the internet for the old Citgo ads signs.

Turned out pretty well and seems to match what was in the old photo. Now I just need to get it printed so I can hang it in the garage...

Not really. Today I was busy dodging vomit in uh60s doing combat training runs. They literally hug the tree tops and follow open terrain at no higher than 30 feet at an air speed in excess of 90 knots. Ride is more violent and more Gs felt than any current roller coaster. Lots of puke normally.

I load mine onto my laptop and use ''paint" which is under accessories on your Windows start menu.

This is a great tool. Not as intuitive as using Paint but it can batch convert all pics in a folder to a smaller size and save the copies in a separate folder. I use it all the time. Free and perfectly malware-free.
