I was just about to post that I just got the offer letter from the new company...and I accepted! :thankyou:

I start working for them tomorrow morning! Woohoo!

It's a good offer and a good position. I really couldn't ask for anything better at his point. I am very relieved...and very happy! :)

Thanks folks! I was laid off last Tuesday, but it felt like a month. Scrambling now to get everything ready for tomorrow morning at the new gig.

I'm having a beer in celebration though...cheers!

I dunno, Keef. It sure wasn't me.

I'm expecting a call today from the auto shop. They will be wanting me to come and pay for all the work they did to our car. That'll be fun.
