So, How long was the power out before you made this executive decision? I'm guessing it was at the first flicker. :D
Just think, you could have gone for a 2 hour bike ride. :rofl:

Pretty much everything in them is 'Structure' Its the combination of parts and bends and crappy little welds that these bodies are made of. Even the 'frame rails' are just heavy sheet metal channels. without being welded onto body panels they lose a lot of strength. so yes, any part you take out will need something else making up for it.

What? You think they need to stand out more against the body paint? Maybe they can custom make purple ones?
 
Enjoying a day-off afternoon coffee. I just baked some banana bread for a care package. Also found an easy way to make pecan pralines that came out good. Catch y'all later...
