The Eddy has me confused. The 1407 is supposed to have manual choke. I suppose someone could have added the electrical choke, though.

Just tryin to figure my next move... Got both of the new doors assembled... Think I'll pull the old doors next and remove/clean/check/paint the hinges. Pretty sure I can get the doors off myself with a footstool and some shims under them. Can't screw the old doors up anymore that they are...

do you have a milk crate? they fit under the doors of these cars almost perfectly - (height wise) you might need piece of 2x4 to make up a small gap - I don't remember..
