Only one Holiday at a time at my house.. Christmas season doesn't start til Friday after Thanksgiving..
it used to be like that here, but waiting to decorate the outside of the house seems smarter now in the unseasonably warm temps and usually it is rushed after thanksgiving because of inherit laziness and procrastination
So an early start will make it all go smoother ....at least in theory.

Good theory! When the kids were younger, It was always part of the tradition for the day after Thanksgiving to put up all the lights and whatnot. Sometimes it was brutal cold, sometimes raining, sometimes nice.. But we always had to get it done that Friday..
this year I am going to lazy out with projector lights that are a new idea.
two years ago I spent like three afternoons on the roof. A roof can be a brutal dry place that works muscles in your legs that you didn't even know you had in order to stay balanced.

HAHA ....Madagascar is on TV ....great movie I have not watched in detail in a long time. Funny stuff and the origin of the penguins who had their own movie way after the Madagascar movie came out.

Couple times I have started outside decorating the weekend before if they were calling for significantly worse weather for Turkey weekend. But Black Friday is my usual day for that.
Lucky me... Even when my kids were young.. we didn't do that much decorating outside, since we live at the end of the caldesac .. No real traffic here.. Now my Wife just decorates the inside of the house and puts candles in all the front windows. I do put out her lit Reindeer tho each year..
Finished this 800DP today... Probably get it on there tomorrow and make a makeshift fuel jug to keep it running, until I can clean out the fuel system...Before......After....

Yeah... I want to hear it run for a while...make sure the engine is all good...So I can move it inside on the lift to pull the tank and check everything else... I know it has no brakes..so thats gonna be tricky... but I'll manage somehow...No EM brake either...

I'm here on door duty...handing out the treats. My wife is taking my daughter over to a friends house and they are going to go trick-or-treating there.
I usually get the door chore and I really don't mind since I can drink beer, watch TV and hang out here on FABO!
We have not gotten any one here in over ten years, I should get the evil clown going on and ring the bell and see what Marilyn does!
