I would think a blocked core but he flushed it, heater control valve working and also does it have ac and the heat door closed by chance?

the truck has no coolant leaks, no antifreeze odor, and the truck has AC that is ice cold. Thats the problem its always ice cold
this week totally flew by, I couldn't catch a break on time all week. Everytime I would try to work on the demon, something would come up that was more pressing. Yesterday I started stripping the fender as you know and ......dang it to poo, ran out of stripper and by the time I went to town for another gallon ....it was already getting late.
Not complaining but dang, the time just blew by all week

Check the ac clut
Check the ac comp clutch is disengaging, could be the ac is overriding the heat. Mitch you are more familiar with these then me.
