I'm glad you added the part about putting it on ribs or chicken, I was worried about you when I first started reading it...

"I mix it with homemade BBQ sauce mostly."

It sounded like the hillbilly version of a bloody mary!

Try it with honey....

Moonshine and Peaches
Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Moonshine
  • 3 oz. ginger beer (or ginger ale)
  • .5 oz. sweet and sour cocktail mixer
  • .5 oz. peach juice
  • .5 oz. cranberry juice
  • 6 mint leaves, torn
  • 3 peach wedges, skin removed
  • 1 tsp honey
Preparation

Place all ingredients, except ginger beer, into shaker with ice. Shake to bruise mint and peaches. Add ginger beer and swirl to avoid breaking down carbonation. Pour into mason jar and serve.

Which one? The BBQ sauce, the bloody mary, the chicken or the ribs?
The bbq. Though I've also mixed the shine with the honest and tried it. Not bad. You all just ain't got enough hair on your chest to drink it :p

Quote of the day from the truck site, talking about parts you cannot get for new cars.

Atsa nice! I could sure use a beer myself right now; too bad I'm at work Halifax, thank you!
And I hear ya loud and clear there 7. Don't worry, in the very near future we won't even have to change the oil. When service is needed, we will just throw the vehicle out and buy a new one. Since the coming thing is trusting your life to a vehicle that drives itself; I just hope that mine comes equipped with a hemorrhoid monitor so it can record my last bowel movement right before the computer controlled collision!:nailbiting:
