Evening all. Today was epic. I got a buck and a doe at 85 yards.......with one shot believe it or not. The slug went thru the does heart, out the other side and into the pelvis of the buck. Doe fell dead on the spot. Tracked the buck for over 1/2 mile before finding him dead. 1 shot, 2 kills..... never done that before
 
So who's got a jerky recipe

Why didn't you wait for the Buck to be clear of the Doe ??

Funny.. Kinda.. But I shot Two Does in a few minutes , using a Muzelloader. Shot One.. The other stood right nearby.. So..... I reloaded and took Her as well...
 
Next door neighbors nephew got a nice doe archery right before sundown today the last day also! Harley was licking the blood off his ankles! Yeah Tike did have a tire with a slow leak.

Normally yes. But with the mandatory OT for the rest of the year, I just paid a family friend to do it. 80 bucks fully processed and seasoned.

I remember when it was only 35... A few years back... But , yes.. even 80 here now...
 
So is he to cheap for two bullets or a lucky shot? HMMMM:poke: Hey a 20mm and a APC?
 
No I made it home ok. I was working around the house and talked myself into another purchase since I lost out on the blast cabinet
 
We went there with the intention of measuring Hoppy's rear end and now it turned to Mancakes and syrup. How do I ever get into these conversations?
