I am thinking plow set up is worth 1.5 k easy, truck motor 3 k and the rest of parts prob another 2k, Repairs 300?

That moment when you explain to your privates that a mechanical Diesel engine doesn't need a battery to run after its starts, they argue with you, then you walk up and pull the battery cables off and what do you know, engine stays running

Good Morning all... I had to go back 100 pages to get semi-caught up haha
Dang guys KZ stopped in and nobody poured him a cup! :wtf: You guys were all focused on the size of DNA's... uh, 'cable'..
Good morning if you are still here :)

So can't I put the one lead on the starter and ground the other? I still don't know the gauge. Maybe you can trace the numbers. 10" is plenty to get it up to the battery. :drama:

I am thinking 10 ga to the battery it is enough to charge it and jump it if the batt is not stone cold dead, if so leave the jumping device on it a minute before starting it.

I have some aluminum 8 ga but no connectors for them. I can just make you up a 10 ga set and send the terminals to you to cut to size. Two feet enough to get it to the battery?
