Just doing what I do
I took this photo standing under the bow of the USS John F. Kennedy with the USS Forrestal berthed next to her at the Philly Navy yard. It's is an incredible experience to stand there next to these massive machines. The pictures don't begin to capture the scale of these giants...

my girl kicked some butt today - really a hell of a nice feast! I do the sous chef thing - peel this, chop that - keep the area clean, do some dishes.. gotta earn my keep ya know..

Pies are store bought apple and pumpkin this year. She cooked everything else. I did clean up a few things before she started. Otherwise, my only jobs were carve the turkey, open a bottle of wine and stay out of the way.my girl kicked some butt today - really a hell of a nice feast!
