That was definitely part of his job for the first year! And he's still the shop biatch! :lol:
I worked here 12 years before there was someone below me in seniority. No way he's getting away with anything just cuz he b edgumicated!

I'm 10 years into this job and I'm still somebody's biatch!!! And I have had to clean the toilet (more my own OCD than job requirement tho)..

Oh don't get me wrong I'm still someone's biatch, but it all rolls downhill! After 17 years now I'm just a couple steps up from the bottom! :thumbsup:

As facilities manager, if my custodian was off... sometimes it was just easier to jump in and do the cleaning than to pull people from other stuff. Plus I always set the example that I was not 'above' any job I asked them to do. So the 'compassion' idea did not enter the picture. Just F'n do it already.
 
I'm of the mindset that there is nothing I can't or won't do. I'm definitely not one to jump up an volunteer though. All ya gotta do is ask. :lol:

I'm assuming its all used? here's the break down of what I'm thinking based on what the going rate seems to be on here

the rear with brakes used:1500
Leaf springs used: 200
Shackles : 40 bucks
U bolts and shock plates: 50 bucks
489 open rear- 100-150

total: 1940 not counting shipping
