Will those hinge parts I sent you work out? Went to the place yesterday while I was in Carlise they are gone, glad I got them when I did. Have 6 more hinges to do. That place is dangerous for guys like us, Never know what they have, picked up a bunch of usable small hardware like nut clips , some j clips and sanding wheels for the die grinder the quick lock ones forgot the name of them.
 
It is a little rough, but saveable, or partable , I just don't want to spend the time myself parting it.
