it appears to be in good condition - but it's been out in the garage (in at least two locations) for a solid 20 years..

Check it with a ohm meter first then if you get low ohms ground one side, lick the center and hit the other side on +12vdc you will feel I mean see a spark if it is good!
Actually just a plug wire to a ground is good! -
