Stop in for a cup of coffee

No love for little decks. I have a big deck and don't get to use it as much as I would like. LOL
That is functional for a grill and table/seating area. @Ddaddy

Good Morning
As soon as Dave builds that, he'll have a couple of friends over and the tables won't fit or you need to constantly navigate between the grill and the table to get out into the garden.

Double it.

Depends on the yard size. A good argument for not building big -they do take a bit of maintenance to keep it nice. Could use Trex or other fake wood composite, but I am not a fan of those. Mine is pressure treated and needs to be sanded and refinished every few years. Mine is due for that (along with needing several boards replaced).

mine would be a lot more useful if there wasn't a hot tub on it.. damn thing takes up 1/2 the deck - we've been contemplating an addition for quite a while..

the problem is there is no real place to go - to one side we have the drain piping to the septic tank and the bulkhead, and to the other is the garage and my shed... I guess I could move the shed again and use that space.. but I like having the shed close

So I think I've made up my mind. I'm gonna go back and get my MBA. Assuming the new employer extends their tuition program to master degrees which I'm told they do. They cover $5775 a semester of the roughly $5880.00 of tuition costs. which includes books and such. I could essentially get my masters degree for less than 1000 out of pocket in 18 months

Are we comparing Deeks ??? Here's mine...6 levels , 1300 sf

Yeah, what's up with that? I suppose you can lock the curve on the MSD dizzies but why else upgrade from a stock or stock-ish?
