Stop in for a cup of coffee

I'm beginning to believe we should have left him living behind the dumpster we recued him from almost 3 years ago. It was against my better judgment to do it, and if not for his Mother, I would have left him there.

My only hope is that this somehow becomes closure for his Mother and she can finally let go of him and let him sink into the abyss he seems to have spent his entire life so determined to go to.

You can't fix stupid...and even less, adamant self-destructive stupidity.

Sorry for your family's heartache, Dave. Some people are just too broken to fix. On top of that, the new liver and all the meds might aggravate his mental illness. I had a family member who lived a long time with a transplanted liver and she was often irrational.

Agree. I know of a few cancer people who seem to have lost it after Chemo.

More rain and cold then sun the last two weeks. Except for three days last week when it jumped into the low 90 degree range.

Catch you all later. Mike and I are going to look at a few cars to buy. Not to keep, just fix and flip.
