Mike the ones with the vent seem to be MP caps if they are tan.

I recall having one at one time.. never knew what the black cap was for... I might still have it somewhere..

You mean the holder? The fuse is gonna get hot when it melts. As long as the wiring doesn't get too hot before that happens it's good.
