yikes - yea, without taking the front end apart it is nearly impossible to get all that crap out of there - I have seen some really horrible crap build up in there... it's going to make a mess but do you have access to compressed air?

Inside the cowl there is no rust to be seen, thankfully. Inside the fenders, who knows? Nothing visible.

If you can get access to the drain holes compressed air will clean out everything.
Force everything from the bottom up to the cowl.
Then use a shop vac to suck up the mess.
