Stop in for a cup of coffee

I see two 66 coronets and what looks to me like the deck lid up on a 67 satellite

Ok, I'm back...

That was just a teaser, I was converting my other pictures for your viewing pleasure.

I think that I will start a thread on it so more people may see.

I'm gonna start the thread in the mopar general discussion with more pictures (about 40 of them)...

pistol grips look awesome in the car but they are made for people with huge hands ....I had one in my dart for a short time but I didn't like it personally because it was actually too big for my hand. so I ended up going with the standard ball type and I have more secure shifts than with the pistol grip. If you haven't driven a pistol grip car yet, then you might find it to have an odd feel with the ergonomics of it.

I love how my 70 Cuda 383 has a pistol grip with no console. Looks gnarly just stickin up in the floor there.

I am expecting the very nice Fed-ex man to show up today with the four speed hump and if he wants to be my favorite person then he will also have some other small items but I am particularly waiting for the floor hump so I can get it welded in and start painting the floor. I even have the paint already.

You're waiting for the Fed-Ex man to get a hump?

I actually have a chunk of purpleheart wood that would make a great grip. Never had a car with one.

My Mom fought with the Va for 20 years to get compensation for my Fathers death due to Agent Orange exposure in the Nam

I wonder if they are dragging this out so more vets die and less they have to pay out. Long story short I drive there, am a dizzy mess, get there ask why I am here and they basically do no know, it came from Philly. No idea how I kept it together, it has only been 6 years living off my 401K

I get sad when strolling through breakers yards.... I'd cry myself a river if I had to walk through there!

Ters.

I look at it differently and dream about what I could do with all of those parts and cars.... :D

You can turn two "nothing" cars into "something"....

The art of resurrecting junk back into a nice fine car again... :glasses7:

All of that potential sitting there just waiting for someone to work some magic on it... :burnout:

Karl great pics!

Thanks.

That wasn't everything that they had, just a quick walk through. I knew my FABO friends would like some pictures, even if just a few... (Us and our car-****....)

The owner is trying to retire and wants to sell it out as one lump sum. (I didn't ask what price...)

But he has some nice parts there, and it's so cool to walk around in all of those Mopars and dream what you could do with them....

If everyo one on FAB donated a buck will it buy it all? LOL

That would be cool, but I think he would want more than a buck from each member.... #-o

They also have an engine building shop next door to the salvage yard. That's the building with the picture of the trailer with their name and number on it, and the blue race Dart and the trailer in the first post of my "heaven" thread.

I wasn't sure if we could go in there, so I just stood at the front door and snapped a picture of the Dart...

Then they told us what we were looking for was in the other building next door and we went over there and that's where most of the pictures I posted were from...

I suspect that they have a good stash of engines around there, but I didn't see them when I was there.

They had some pictures there of when the owner was racing many years ago. He raced with some good names, but I didn't think about snapping a picture of that.

Dang, I just thought that I should have done a panoramic picture in the yard. that would look cool. I have to keep that in mind if I go back...

These are the shots from the shop next door...
