can i go with?Oh boy! You guys. May be I should go elsewhere and do my moderator thing. I didn't see anything.
nice! i'll keep that in mind for mineGot the torque converter back from the Transmission shop. I couldn’t believe it... 90$ to rebuild it they did a great job and a hell of a deal. Ultimate transmission in Boise Idaho if anyone is around here and needs a transmission shop. Also got the temporary lines mad from rubber cooler lines until I can afford the braided lines.

NOPEAre you in the area?
Yeah... Those trans lines really don't have a lot of pressure on them anyhow. I have a 92 D250 Cummins. The original trans cooling lines were 1/2 !! steel. When I rebuilt the trans, they were rusty and falling apart. I bought a roll of 1/2 copper tubing and made new ones. Working perfectly...Got the torque converter back from the Transmission shop. I couldn’t believe it... 90$ to rebuild it they did a great job and a hell of a deal. Ultimate transmission in Boise Idaho if anyone is around here and needs a transmission shop. Also got the temporary lines mad from rubber cooler lines until I can afford the braided lines. I made some out of 5/16 transmission cooler line. Grabbed 12’ of line. Then took the “ pre-formed” metal lines and cut the ends off. I then took a flare tool and made a slight flare on the ends of the lines. Threw the hose on and some clamps. Looks like she will hold.
