My neighbor came home from this. He survived a EF5 in the cooler of a restaurant. We went back the next day to clean out his pick up. There was a 2x4 jammed through the drivers seat. Good thing he got out and went inside.

I was in a storm cellar as a kid, in Stiles Ville Indiana. An EF5 went right over my head, tore off the door, and I was looking straight up to blue sky, thru the center of the funnel. I will never forget seeing a cow flying up there!

I do love a good thunderstorm, watching the lightning and hearing the long rolling thunder along with the sound of the rain.

Just hold the tornadoes.

Scariest moment in my life, F3 tornado. It picked my car up a few feet off the highway and then slammed me back down. It got ahold of a pick-up truck on the other side of the highway and threw it nearly a mile, killing the driver.

All I could think of when it lifted my car off the road was “So...this is how I die.”

Then I crossed paths with 2 more before I got home, each missing me by only a few hundred yards. Both were close enough to see, hear, feel and make me wonder if they were going to get ahold of me next.

Worst commute home...ever.
so, just slightly worse than a typical day on the Schuylkill?

Amazing the things we remember from childhood. I remember sitting in the front of car engine compartments while my dad worked on them, and he would ask me to hand him a wrench or something and I would guess what he wanted and invariably get it wrong and he would show me which one it was. That is how I learned what a lot of tools were called.

The lightning bolt that struck neighbours garage was close enough for me. Blew out a bunch of my electronics.
Fire destroyed everything. I had to get him out of bed just so he could watch it burn to the ground.
Was a bad night.

It was a total loss..his bike truck and van were immaculate. Hes very meticulous.

Heavy fog building in here now. Temps are warming up and it has been cold and raining all day. Winds are supposed to pick up in the next few hours so hopefully it will sweep the fog away before the morning commute.

I need to get off fabo ..... been buying too much and spending like an ***.

Parts are piling up at home, but I have not had time to assemble it all

Just when I say, enough, I am not buying anything else. ...a seller will come up with a smashing deal.

I waiting on pics from a member for the latest bank account drain LOL
