It was part of the "Deal" They are insured by AAA as well and they saw no problem with it. I had references in the business. From my days managing a Kragan store. BUT my tools!! PITA getting what I need over there.

Insurance guy said if it was a hardtop, probably no "frame" damage at all. (no frame)
