Stop in for a cup of coffee

Oh good morning Barb! (good thing she's not there yet this morning. I would be embarrased)

I'm actually doing that now plus my MBA (probably why I can't ever get crap done) I've got 14 months left then I'm done with the guard.
Hey forgot, I did a Masters too. Didn't use it for squat, but I have one.

My dad used to hang out with Chichi Rodrigues every time he came to play at Shinnecok golf course usually stayed with us. Good guy got my Dad VIPed for the tournament each year..

What is it like in your area??
The restoration shop where I had the 55 at, the owner told me he shut down as of Tuesday. His problem can't find qualified people that want to work. He starts at $25 an hour which isn't bad for a mid-size town in Kansas. He's spent $10G in the past two years with recruiters with little, or no luck.

So the owners of the 52 vehicles he has in the shop will be coming to pick up their cars in various stages of repair. Hate to be him. He hopes in a few months he can reopen with a much smaller shop (currently 30,000 feet) and work 3-4 cars at a time. I AM so lucky that mine was finished!! He said one owner called five shops in Texas. Two had closed for the same reason he had to. The other three are booked two years out.

This guy is extremely talented, with more than 200 national awards for this work. Quality restoration seems to be a dying art...SAD.
