Only real issues we have is it is a 70 unit complex. Each unit has a two car garage incorporated in the unit, under the bedrooms. ONLY 20 other street parking! there is no street parking allowed for residents, they must park in the garage. See the problem? The street parking is for guests only with a registered pass....

kind of.

Third car? Tough! park off site, somewhere, not our problem! Junk stored in you garage and can only park one car in the garage? Tough, park somewhere else, off site! Large truck, van? tough.............

"Your fence is too high! I can't see what you're doing in your back yard! Your cat is the wrong color!"

Here's one reason HOA's don't like me. One of my winter time hobbies.

So I let my guest park in my spot and I park in the "Guest" parking. I get a ration of cagada for not having a permit. Guests don't need permits, they're guests, Lord help the resident that parks there.

On our property, guests DO need pass!!! The ONLY resident parking allowed is in there garage.

I get it. So here's a solution, those residents with more than one vehicle that wish to park on a street can purchase 1 additional parking pass

In NC would be in Wilmington, Battleship North Carolina. Then's the Patriot's Point outside of Charleston, the carrier Yorktown.
sweet!! I may look at NC. Gotta see if they honor my permit or not though

On the entire property, there is only 20 street parking in total! All for guests with a pass.......We are going to revise the rules, so I was looking on input from guys here, to try to formulate something coherent.

Ayeee .. San Diego County and their infrastructure issues .. And mother wonders why I have no interest in moving there
The county let the developer get away with no parking by building a park and ride across the busy main street, next door to a Home Depot. That is where overflow is supposed to park...un officially..
