The farm stand just opened Friday and I picked up some good veggies... The corn is looking great this year, not small like usual - it's already good size.... It can only get better when it peaks in early Sep....

They have a better selection for the beginning of the season than normal....

I picked up some corn, tomatos, zuccini, onions, kale, watermelon, cucumbers, broccoli...

Corn here is really stunted we usually have some local by now. That rain really screwed with the planting cycle this year.

We had just the right amount of rain this year and the produce is showing it...

The farm stand is open early this year - on late seasons it opens in mid-July and the corn is usually smaller.... It's already open this year and the corn fits the diameter of my plates already.... It's going to be a good year for farm produce from the farm stand this year... :D
 
Short cup this morning. Got the 55 loaded headed down the road 100 miles to a car show. Have another guy following me and two more friends meeting us there. Third car show in eight days, fun, fun!!! Wife is sitting this one out, said she needed a break before Carlisle.

Everyone ready for the big show next week???
