On a 400 they would be the ticket, stroked. A 400 block with a 440 Crank.

Yeah, man Indy has taken a bad turn for the worst over the last 8-9 years. Starting to resemble the south side of Chicago in lots of areas. I flat out refuse to go unarmed ito that town now adays

Take them to my guy, John Tret, he'll get them set up and ported real good...

His son works for a race team that does 6 second quarter miles with twin turbos... He found out how their 'head guy' did their heads, he said that he can make them better and let him do a set... His set got them in the 5 second range.... Now he is their head/valve guy....
