My Dad in his Hospice care room this past Sunday watching the baseball game on TV. I don’t talk about him much in here anymore because it breaks my heart. Not a lot left of the man in these final days.

The only part that gives me some comfort is that we have him in a high quality care facility and he isn’t in any pain. At least one person from my family visits him every day...and often more than one person or visit daily.
We will all strive to take the best care of him possible until the end. It is the least we can do to repay all he has done for us.

My friend’s dad is slipping too,theres a few old guys i know quite well that are losing their grip. Its a shame.
Old Tom was a vibrant man,pilot right into his 80’s.
Remember the good times,thats all you have to go with.
I lost my dad at 53,i was 19.
Wish we had any sort of a relationship.

That's a good thing Dave. Surrounded by his family. Good for both sides. We can say a prayer for a peaceful journey to Heaven when that time comes.
