Here's some info ZHey Mike, or anyone who knows...67 Mopar steering wheel called the "recall wheel". I know why they recall something, but haven't found a written official explaination as to why they did it, or when in 67 it started. Like many thinks in Chrysler history, it seems to be a mystery. The recall wheel shown below seems to be a one year only model.

Yes, I believe 67 only. They came from the factory for a period of time in 67, until the discovered the problem. Then the factory used the newer syle wheel. The cars on the market with the Finger Cutter, got recall notices. Many of them were replace by the dealers. Not sure what the dealer was supposed to do with the wheels back then. But it seems like there are still some around. Myth Or Not ??... LOLI heard that. I wondered if the wheel started coming from the factory, or if the recall wheel went on at the dealership.
Sorry for your loss. He slipped away quietly.Good morning, we have more rain.
My Mom has been caring 24/7 for my stepdad, his kids and grandsons from out of town have been helping, leaving today. He has been in a deep sleep the last couple days. Yesterday Mom happened to see our oldest family friend, whose words were "God's timing is always perfect." Early this morning, Mom noticed it was very, very quiet, and she knew "Poppa" had passed on. They married in 1971 so this will be a big change, I consider with awe how a mother confronts every stage in life, and doesn't complain.
Condolence to you and family...Good morning, we have more rain.

In my experience, glass was always a small deductible or free, they motivated you to replace the glass to prevent a dangerous situation that could lead to a costlier loss.I call Bull Shht! Yep, $500 deductible comp.
