Its pretty hard to hide nowadays, iphone is 100% trackable. Unless its off.

Yeah . Especially the early A10-A models. We're supposed to have a squadron of them come down this weekend for gunnery practice but with the forecast, I'll be surprised if they show

NWS needs to revise the coloration of their warnings on their maps. Flash Flood and Heat Advisory are pretty much indistinguishable. Not a cloud to be seen for 40 miles and a Flash Flood advisory? Granted there are some T-storms on the eastern slope of the Sierras but that's not part of this watershed.

you are making me wish I could draw and do cool paintings …..I tried to draw today. I CAN NOT draw.
I am actually looking into online drawing lessons, I made that my new goal in life. I can waste my time on other things or learn something I can use for my own enjoyment later.

Everyone can draw, they just need a little training. Get the book “Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain” plus the workbook and follow the lessons. From beginner to advanced, anyone who follows those lessons will get tremendously better.

I would be willing to bet the last time I drew anything was a crude drawing of something to add to an asphalt plant 2 years older than I am
So not wanting to accept defeat, I took a pic of myself and ran it through a filter so that now it looks like a sketch and i am trying to duplicate it by hand to see if i can, and develop an eye for drawing
I keep eating the crayons, then i have nothing to draw with...

Get the book...trust me. I first used it back in high school and I am still using the lessons I learned from it to this day.
What you are trying to do on your own is actually one of the lessons. The trick is to place the source image upside down and copy it by hand that way. It forces your brain to focus on the spacial relationships, colors and tones rather than the content of the image.
The first time I followed the lesson of using my non-dominant hand to draw an image and found it turned out better than the same one using my dominant hand...I was blown away.
