Stop in for a cup of coffee

Good Morning All! First weekend for me in a while with not too much I "have to do". No garage these days so kinda weird.... We are going to look at RVs, this trailer while great to camp in is too small to live in for the amount of time we will be (25ft.)
 
Hey all....Lefty checking in....Is it normal to have that kid of rain this time of year where you all are? July here is dry as a dust bowl.

We had rain Monday, yesterday, and today...

The guys at work made a roof out of a large sheet of cardboard yesterday for their fork lift that they had to go outside in the rain to get pallets... Pretty inventive of them, they even made some windows so they could see on the sides...

nah. funny thing is, my fat *** wasn't gonna chase him. I just sat down on the bench in the parking lot. He came back about 45 minutes later. By that time, I had his unit chain of command there.
 
Got the Bent Axles (local car club) car show today. About 4 blocks from the house. Not getting in a hurry, coffee is not finished yet. Years ago my neighbor's father was a Bent Axle and also a retired local PD captain. I look out of the front window, there's a Fiat Topolino parked in front of my house. :wtf: I go out and start scopin' it out along comes the neighbor's father. Pontiac OHC 6, Glide, Volvo rearend with discs, Rustoleum primer red, no fenders, License plate "ITSDUN". The OHC 6 and the Glide were free via the local JC's auto shop class, both brand new inside. Volvo rearend was just hiding in the corner of his shop. Found the body in a neighboring village, just happened to spot it over a fence $75. The only big $ investment he had in it was the Pinto IFS setup.
Little beggar ran like a scauled dog.

sweet. Its a cool day here thus far, i think when i get off duty, im gonna go work on the polara.
 
We got Winged open wheelers at the Speedway tonight and 3/4 Midgets. Should be a fine day. :D Girl that used to kick my *** every time we raced go karts is 2nd in the TQ points in a borrowed racer and as a rookie driver. She's just plain good at open wheel race cars, not too bad in fendered cars either, but her real forte is open wheelers. Coffee is consumed, time to get underway. Have a fine Saturday y'all.
